Organic phosphorus poisoning first aid
Symptoms of poisoning: acute poisoning is caused by ingestion, and it can occur in about half an hour to several hours.
Mild poisoning: general malaise, headache , dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, vomiting, sweating, runny nose , lethargy , etc., sometimes with muscle tremors and occasional diarrhea .
Moderate poisoning : In addition to the above symptoms, severe vomiting, abdominal pain, irritability, convulsions, difficulty breathing, etc. Severe poisoning: epileptic seizures . Acute poisoning usually occurs within 12 hours, and the person who is mistaken is immediately ill .
First-aid treatment: If inhaled, the patient should be moved to the air circulation. Inadvertently contact with skin or splash into eyes, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If you misuse it, you should immediately bring the patient to the hospital for treatment.
[1] subcutaneous or intravenous injection of atropine 1 ~ 5 mg (depending on the severity of poisoning);
[2] 0.4-1.2 g intravenously with phosphate solution (depending on the severity of poisoning);
[3] Banned morphine, catechu, phenothiazine, reserpine.
