Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. （weifang union）is a subsidiary of Shandong Sino-agri United Biotechnology Co., Ltd.affiliated to China National Agricultural Means Of Production Group Corporation. The headquarters wholly owns Shandong United Pesticide Industry Co., Ltd., Shandong Sino-agri United Crop Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd.

Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. is at the bank of the Bohai Sea. It is a sole proprietorship enterprise established in 2006 with the approval of Weifang Municipal Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce with a registered capital of RMB 5 thousand.

Under the leadership of Shandong Sino-agri Union Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Weifang Sino-agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. is committed to product R&D, technological innovation and technical transformation in the field of green ecological agriculture as well as the production and processing of the technical products and intermediates. The company takes “Green Products for Human” as its task, adheres to the strategy of advanced science and technology, serves the modern ecological agriculture, and accelerates technological innovation. The company has established close cooperative relationships with the agrochemical enterprises in the USA, Britain, India, Thailand and Vietnam and more than ten domestic colleges, researches, develops and produces new efficient, low-toxicity and eco-friendly pesticide, fungicide, herbicide and intermediate. It is the production base of N-nitro-amino imidazolidinedione and N-Cyano etrhl ethyl midxite with the best cost performance in the industry and realizes the annual turnover of RMB 80 million.

The company owns more than 300 employees including 32 people with bachelor degree or above, over 120 people with technical secondary school degree and college degree or above and 13 engineers and senior engineers. Shandong United Pesticide Industry Co., Ltd.（shandong union）was founded in July 2003 and registered in Shan dong Municipal Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce. The company is mainly engaged in production and sales of biological pesticide, chemical pesticide, intermediates and fine chemicals. There are more than 590 employees including 138 people with technical secondary school degree and college degree or above, 40 management personnel and eight senior engineers. It is a vigorous management team with innovative awareness, market development ability and rich experience. In 2009, the company was certified to ISO9000 Quality Management System.

The company is located in Chemical Industry Zone, Fan Town Industrial Park, Tai’an, covers an area of 18,000 square meters including construction area of 3,200 square meters, and owns fixed assets of RMB 8 million. There are four 1600KVA transformers, one 1000KVA transformer, four 315KVA transformers, one 10ton steam boiler, one 4ton heat carrier thermal oil furnace, five 600KW refrigerators, two 762KW refrigerators, four 250KW refrigerators and two 800KW water chillers, guaranteeing the normal operation of production.

The company adheres to the strategic policy of “Advanced Technology, Scientific Management, Structural Optimization, Excellent Quality” and the tenet of “Three Rural Service”, is committed to development, production and operation of high-tech agrochemical products and biotechnology products, owns advanced technology and develops efficient, low-toxicity and eco-friendly new pesticide products. The production lines with an annual production capacity of 5,000kg methylamino abamectin benzoate cover an area of about 14,000 square meters including construction area of 8,000 square meters and can meet the needs of the domestic and foreign market. A total investment of RMB 63.01 million including the investment of more than RMB 10 million in environmental protection has been made in imidacloprid production line with an annual production capacity of 2,000ton. An investment of RMB 3.4 million was made in establishing the sewage treatment system in 2003. The sewage treatment system passed the acceptance check of the environmental protection bureau. An investment of more than RMB 60 million was made in the next seven years. Now it achieves the daily processing capacity of 200tons. There are 18 quality control personnel with rich experience, two Agilent and Shimadzu liquid chromatographs and ten gas chromatographs.
